The Apple Store is planning to have a better than normal special during their Black Friday 2008 sale. I say better than normal because generally sales and specials at Apple are not something to write home about. In most cases you can get better deals from local stores like Best Buy.

Eager to buy consumers of Apple products are waiting anxiously to see what kind of deals they can get on iPods, iPhones, Macs and iMacs plus other Apple products. An Apple teaser ad was also saying that there will be free delivery on the product specials.

Be sure to search local store sales and their online sales to see if they are better than what the Apple store has to offer. Don’t get suckered into thinking that buying from Apple directly is better than buying from a local merchant.
